1. Amicable complaint
For any complaint, contact us at contact@bxcars.be. We undertake to reply within 14 days.
2. EU consumer customers
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
3. Consumer mediation
Before any legal action, consumer mediation may be initiated.
4. Right of withdrawal
See article 10 of the rental terms (14 days for EU customers, except for rentals starting within 14 days).
5. Competent jurisdiction
Failing an amicable settlement, the Commercial Court of Tangier shall have jurisdiction. Moroccan law applies to the rental contract.
